Here’s to another Currently post, inspired by Danielle.

Reading: I just finished reading The Interestings as part of Emma’s Book Club. I decided to skip February’s pick because I just don’t like to read sad things. I enjoyed Christine’s review of it though. Now I’m forcing myself to pick Tim Keller’s Every Good Endeavor back up.

Eating: So many things, which you can read about here. I have yet to use my immersion blender, though. Soon. Next on my list of things to make is chicken tikka masala.

Thinking about: The future. I’m so ready to know how my life is going to turn out. But then, on the other hand, it’s exciting to not know. I never thought I would ever be living in Boston. There are days when I’ll be walking by a building and I flashback to my first moments visiting Boston. It’s nice to be surprised by where you are now compared to where you never could even imagine yourself.

Listening to: Like Summer, I too have been listening to Broadway, even when I’m not actually listening to it. As in, it’s just always playing in my head. This morning in particular, I’ve had “Good Morning, Baltimore” from Hairspray, “Morning Person” from Shrek! The Musical, and “Oh, What A Beautiful Mornin” from Oklahoma playing on repeat. I’m so not a morning person, so I think my sub-conscious is trying to inspire me to embrace the morning times a little more.

Loving: Winter, still. Though I am not loving my treacherous walks along the streets. Brick roads are slippery on their own. Add snow, sleet, slush, ice, and rain to them and it’s slippery central.

Preparing for: Baseball season! As much as I’ve been loving the snow and the winter, I am ready for spring to arrive, because with spring, comes baseball. I can’t wait!
