Yesterday the cyber roomies were having another late night conversation. Summer sent us a random facts link, and there was one in particular that we found especially interesting:
“The colder the room you sleep in, the better the chances are that you’ll have a bad dream. It isn’t entirely clear to scientists why this is the case, but if you are opposed to having nightmares you might want to keep yourself a little toastier at night. “
So Summer shared this little reminder with me when I said that I was going to go to bed:
“Just remember. A sweaty night keeps the dreams free of fright.”
