The Time Has Come

I took my last first final today. Got my cap and gown, too. It’s becoming more real. Almost started crying at Christine’s apartment because I was thinking about how we won’t be able to do this anymore. It’s like a ball of yarn is unraveling, and no matter how hard we try, we won’t be able to put it back into the same shape. On the last day of lecture for my religion and psych class, my professor ended by saying: “Well, from the beginning we knew we’d have to quit meeting like this. We’ve gotten to that point.”
